Due to the nature of our services, digital products, educational materials, workshops, programs, coaching sessions, consultations, guided meditations, downloadable content, and personalized reports, all purchases are generally considered final.

Digital Products

All sales of digital products, downloadable materials, meditations, recordings, workbooks, courses, and educational content are final.

Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be returned, refunds, exchanges, or credits are not provided after purchase.

Personalized Services

Services that require preparation, research, customization, energy assessment, report creation, coaching, consultation, or other personalized work are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Coaching Sessions, Consultations, and Appointments

Clients may request to reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours' notice.

Missed appointments, no-shows, or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable.

Workshops, Courses, and Programs

Enrollment fees for workshops, courses, group programs, and educational events are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing for a specific offer.

If a program includes scheduled live sessions, participants are responsible for attending those sessions. Missed sessions do not qualify for refunds.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Azhara Codes. Approval of any exception is not guaranteed and does not establish a precedent for future refunds.
